RETURNS

Heroes & Villains will gladly refund qualified items up to 30 days after purchase date with an original receipt. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unaltered and must have all hangtags attached. Refunds must be in sellable condition, otherwise a restocking fee may apply.

All returned merchandise will be refunded in the original form of payment.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return: 

• Sale items marked at 50% off or greater
• Intimates
• Bodysuits
• Hosiery
• Face Masks

All returns and price adjustments are subject to validation and approval at Heroes & Villains discretion. Please note, return freight is the responsibility of the customer.

Returned merchandise that was originally paid for by alternate tenders (i.e., purchased as a gift from a third party), must have the original receipt. Returns made with the original receipt will be refunded to the original method of payment.

To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, Heroes & Villains reserves the right to request valid photo ID for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a return.
